Jambo na karibu (Hello and Welcome) to ekea
safaris. My name is James Mwadime Mzaza, I am a Director of Ekea Holidays which incorporates Ekea Safaris. I come from the Taita
Hills. These cover a vast area of scenic splendour.
Part of the area is a privately owned Game
Reserve and the wildlife here is prolific. I have grown up amongst
the animals and my love of the wildlife and natural habitat came
from my upbringing. I left home as a young man after completing my
education, to make my own way in life in the city of Mombasa. I have
had various jobs ranging from being a broker for various taxi firms
to owning my own taxi and safari bus. My experience grew over the
years taking locals and tourists on excursions and safaris. From
here came the idea of combining my knowledge and experience with
others who also work in the safari business.
As a Director of the Company I ensure that we provide a high quality service to our customers and take pride in the knowledge that we have many repeater clients who return to us in the knowledge that we provide good service and our customers get good value for money.
Our head driver Kenyatta has many years experience and is very knowledgeable.
He is "One of a kind" and was a great find.
